    Once you are approved and your agreement is signed, the platform opens and your cashback is sent to you.

Is Payday Hero still a lender?

No. Payday Hero no longer offers loans. What we offer now is a financial-education membership, paid in bi-weekly instalments, that comes with a fixed cashback set by the package you choose.

What exactly do I pay?

The number of payments, the amount of each one and the total are printed on every package above, and again in your membership agreement. Prices include GST and QST.

When do I receive my cashback?

After your application is approved and your agreement is signed. The exact timing is written in your agreement.

Do I have to finish the courses to keep the cashback?

No. The cashback is fixed by your package and does not depend on course completion. The lessons are there because they are useful.

Who can apply?

Adults 18 or older who live in Canada, with valid government ID and a bank account in their own name. Availability can vary by province.

What do you check when I apply?

We confirm your identity and verify your bank account through a secure banking connection. The application tells you what is shared before you connect.

Can I cancel?

Your cancellation rights and how to use them are set out in your membership agreement. Read them before you sign, and ask us anything that is unclear.

I already have a Payday Hero loan. What happens to it?

Nothing changes. Your existing agreement and payment schedule stay the same, and you can keep using the client portal.
